RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Upon receipt of order and payment via the eCommerce system, the buyer is deemed to have agreed with tokowarisan.sg ‘Exchange & Return Policy’ stipulated below.
Local Singapore Orders
All items are inspected before they are locally shipped out.
(a) Items correctly described and received in good order cannot be returned or exchanged.
(b) Items can only be exchanged if all the conditions below are satisfied:
(i) tokowarisan.sg is notified within 14 days upon receipt of the items
(ii) items are brought personally to the physical warehouse location at Blk 1 Joo Chiat Complex, #04-1019, Singapore 420001
(iii) items are exchanged with other items of the same value or in the case of items with higher value, the price difference needs to be topped up
(c) Items cannot be exchanged via courier service unless:
(i) they are different from the description given or
(ii) they have manufacturer defects, in which case,
tokowarisan.sg will have to be notified within 14 days upon receipt of the merchandise for a one-to-one replacement with free return shipping.
(d) Items purchased in full using reward points or coupons cannot be exchanged unless they are:
(i) different from the description given or
(ii) subjected to manufacturer defects,
in which case, tokowarisan.sg will have to be notified within 14 days upon receipt of the merchandise for the items to be replaced accordingly on a one-to-one basis with free return shipping.
(e) Items approved for exchange must be intact and in their original condition and packaging when they are first received.
(f) Items damaged due to shipping should be rejected and tokowarisan.sg be duly notified for follow-up.
All items are inspected before they are internationally shipped out.
Items purchased and received in good order based on the description cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event the items are wrongly described or have manufacturer defects, please notify tokowarisan.sg via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for rectification.
