What you will do

  • Execute Marketing Plan accordingly.
  • Run social media and digital advertisements across the social media channels and other platforms.
  • Monitor advertisement campaigns and prepare analytic reports for all running advertisements.
  • Liaise with external vendors in areas including but not limited to creating/updating marketing collateral, sourcing for corporate gifts and assisting in coordination of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure the website is updated regularly with accurate information.
  • Evaluate the performance of various marketing campaigns/ activities (online and offline) against set goals (ROI).
  • Liaise with internal departments on marketing-related aspects and with external partners on relevant marketing initiatives.

What you need to bring

  • Diploma and above in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Experience in digital/social media campaigns will be valuable, with demonstrated capabilities across both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, preferably with proven data-driven results.
  • Experience in graphic design and video creation/editing skills would be an advantage.

What you will do

  • To execute marketing, advertising and promotional ideas with graphic and visual design
  • To liaise with external suppliers such as printer companies to ensure accurate printing, quotations and smooth delivery of all materials, including handle press checks
  • To work closely with the Marketing and Operations team to ensure project completion within the deadline and achieve the targets and goals set forth by the management  To manage multiple projects, staying on schedule and maintaining high quality on different project stages
  • To process the colour correction, editing, cropping and resizing of the image
  • To take high quality, visually product photos that are in line with company requirement, including setting product shot, styling and lighting setup
  • To file and maintain the library of all marketing collateral
  • To manage relevant paperwork for projects when needed
  • Conceptualise, visualize and execute creative graphic artwork for marketing and communication related items

What you need to bring

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or related disciplines
  • Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.)
  • Strong knowledge and techniques of packaging, graphic design and layout.
  • Advanced typographical skill and photography will be an advantage
  • A highly developed eye for typography and layout, with a natural finesse for colours and composition.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in preparing final artwork (FA) for printing.

What you will do

  • Plan and conceptualise key marketing messages and manage marketing content/material and creative works across all print and digital/online media.
  • Manage Toko Warisan’s various social media channels i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Produce social media collaterals which include, static images, GIFs and short videos.
  • Prepare backend work and logistics for Product Photoshoot and Video Content.
  • Engage followers through regular catchy contents, messages and/or online reviews, align with the Company’s preferred tone of voice.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Operations Assistant (Admin & Accounts)

What you will do

  • Perform the full spectrum of accounting and administrative duties for the E-Commerce unit
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions such as data entry, processing payments, etc
  • Perform Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Forecast to facilitate payment process
  • Handle the issuance and records of invoices, quotations, petty cash claims, etc

What you will do

  • Coordinate and perform administrative support for the full spectrum of HR duties which includes recruitment, performance management compensation & benefits and training & development, etc.
  • Perform data entry of new hires and maintain the accuracy of information in the HR System while ensuring its confidentiality.
  • Perform scanning and maintain proper filing of physical documents such as employee records, insurance policies, etc, while ensuring its confidentiality.

What you will do

What you will do

  • Check and process incoming stock from suppliers
  • Pick and pack outgoing stock to outlets

What you need to bring

  • Physically fit to carry heavy or bulky goods occasionally (up to 15 kg)
