Shipping Policy
1. We provide delivery exclusively to Singapore addresses, excluding restricted areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, and other designated locations.
2. Next-day delivery is available subject to slot availability, and orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day prior.
3. Customers can select from two delivery time slots: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
4. A flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies to all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping for purchases exceeding $120.00.
5. All your frozen and chilled products are carefully packed in insulated bags to ensure freshness and maintain optimal product quality upon delivery.
6. Any change to the delivery address must be communicated at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. Last-minute changes will incur a rerouting fee of $10 to ensure efficient service.
Returns Policy
1. Our returns policy covers only instances of incorrect deliveries, expired items, or damaged goods.
2. For frozen food returns or exchanges, customers must notify us within 4 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
