Shipping Policy

1.⁠ ⁠We provide delivery exclusively to Singapore addresses, excluding restricted areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, and other designated locations.
2.⁠ ⁠Next-day delivery is available subject to slot availability, and orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day prior.
3.⁠ ⁠Customers can select from two delivery time slots: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
4.⁠ ⁠A flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies to all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping for purchases exceeding $120.00.
5.⁠ ⁠All your frozen and chilled products are carefully packed in insulated bags to ensure freshness and maintain optimal product quality upon delivery.
6.⁠ ⁠Any change to the delivery address must be communicated at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. Last-minute changes will incur a rerouting fee of $10 to ensure efficient service.

Returns Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Our returns policy covers only instances of incorrect deliveries, expired items, or damaged goods.
2.⁠ ⁠For frozen food returns or exchanges, customers must notify us within 4 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
