Preparation Instruction:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 200g of rice vermicelli and stir-fry until lightly golden. Mix in 2 tablespoons of TAMAMMUZ Mee Siam Paste. Add 200ml of water and stir well. Cook until the vermicelli is tender and the sauce is well absorbed.
Storage Instruction: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks.
Ingredients: Chili, garlic, shallots, tamarind, sugar, salt, shrimp paste, vegetable oil.
